week 33

well, week 33 and still counting. it has been an interesting last week. christy went to the hospital due to feeling kind of crappy. turns out she was having some contractions that were about 1 1/2 - 3 minutes apart. they stopped the contractions with some medications and sent us home a couple hours later. she is feeling pretty good now, at least that is what she tells the concerned poppa to be.

we then went in for an ultrasound a couple days later. the girls did not cooperate very well, hopefully not a sign of the future, thus no pictures for anyone to see. we have a picture of the top of their heads and that is it.
the good thing was that both are growing well. baby a has made a huge jump to 4 lbs 6 oz and baby b keeps the lead at 4 lbs 14 oz. heartbeats are still pounding at a good beat.

oh yah, the biggest news, at least for me, christy was officially put on bed rest. (sorry about the sarcasm, but this could be for a couple weeks). the doctors are still hoping the girls will hold off for a couple more weeks.

a question i have been pondering, Where did they hide the vikings? any ideas of who these new guys are that are taking the field?

all i can say about the weekend is, HAND THE BALL OFF.

UltraSound

all right, one more appointment down and hopefully many more to come. Had Ultrasound on thursday, just no time to scan the pictures so far. will try to get them online in the next couple of days. but i can comment on a few things. once again heartbeats were good one around 130 and the other spunky little ____ around 155. even the tech said she was full of spunk. one picture she has her fist raised up by her face, maybe already threatening her sister.
